Natural Goes Social with NPA Facebook and Twitter Pages for Consumers, Industry and Policymakers

WASHINGTON, D.C. ? The Natural Products Association (NPA) now offers another way to stay on top of what is happening with NPA, its advocacy actions, and its Natural Seal programs through newly-launched Facebook pages and Twitter feeds. These new connections will:

  • Keep NPA members informed about federal and state activity that may impact their business
  • Help consumers easily identify personal care and home care products that are truly natural
  • Share news, research and trends in the natural products industry

?Consumers can get the information they want about natural products by connecting with NPA and the Natural Seal through these popular and powerful social networks,? said John Gay, executive director and CEO. ?NPA will offer up-to-date information about the issues facing manufacturers, retailers and consumers of natural products just when they need it.?

NPA will highlight NPA-certified natural products and ingredients, plus timely information about what consumers and experts are saying about the benefit of natural products. In addition, NPA will feature:

For Consumers? The latest certified natural personal care and home care products, educational guides, and online resources

For Industry and Policymakers?Updates on NPA natural certification programs, industry news, and events

NPA plans to further expand its online presence next year through other social media like blogs, LinkedIn and YouTube. For more information about NPA and natural products, visit www.npainfo.org.
