Concerns about Truth in Advertising?
Have you seen a dietary supplement advertisement, whether online, in print or elsewhere that you believe is misleading and not truthful? Have you contacted the advertiser or publisher and asked that they resolve the issue? Then let us know. Please download and mail or fax the printed form to submit your complaint. We will review the complaint and if it is valid, pursue the issue with the appropriate party. If an advertiser, publisher or retailer has taken our pledge, they have agreed to abide by the conditions set forth. We will provide a list of participating companies as this new program develops.
